What's new: a quicker composer, date ranges that mean what they say, and a way to tell us what's broken
A few things landed this week. Here's what changed.
Fewer steps to a new post
If your brand has one connected account, New Post now opens straight on the post itself. The account step only appears when there's an actual choice to make.
Date ranges mean what they say
"Last 30 days" in Analytics now means 30 whole days in your brand's timezone, counting today — not a rolling window that drifted with the clock. Two things follow from that: the export dialog opens on exactly the range you're looking at instead of one that could be a day wider, and an account's follower history now covers the 90 days it promises rather than 91.
Steadier previews
Hovering an image in the composer, or a post on the Content Plan calendar, now shows one preview at a time — never a second card, and never one that appears after your cursor has already moved on. On a phone or tablet, a preview no longer opens with nothing pointing at it.
Tell us what's broken without leaving the page
There's a new Report a problem option at the bottom of the sidebar. Choose "Something's broken" or "I have an idea", write a sentence or two, and send. The app attaches the page you were on and the technical detail of what went wrong, so you don't have to describe any of it yourself.
A better fit on a phone
Articles, Brand Brain, Content Plan's Series, Media asset details and the Product Catalog no longer scroll sideways on a narrow screen, and the tab strips on those pages are no longer clipped at the edge.
